Non-negotiable Self Care for Vibrant Living



Cooking, cleaning, kid stuff, financials, work, etc. 24 hours is easily filled with all the “needs” of life. But if we aren’t staying connected to + honoring ourselves, then what is the point?! You end up feeling depleted, lost + resentful of you don t look after yourself, right?!


Do you know what your non-negotiables are?

*How many hours of sleep do you need?

*How much + what kind of exercise does your body like?

*How do you remember to breathe + align each day?

*What activities make your heart sing + how often can you include them in your schedule?


I get it; time for your non-negotiables is tight as a mama. My yoga time is now 20 mins rather than an hour, but our whole family can go for a walk. My breathing/meditation time often happens while I’m nursing, + as for sleep, that ll ebb + flow with a newborn, but most of the time, I know that my body needs at least 7 hours, + I ll do what I can to make that happen.


Without these key items nurtured daily, I more easily lose focus + can’t be the woman + mama that I want to be in the world…I refuse to live feeling depleted, lost + resentful. How about you?
